摘要
目的通过对福建省沙门菌腹泻患者与健康人群分离株中毒力小岛pagC-msgA分布特征的研究,进一步探索本省沙门菌的毒力特点,为有效防控本省沙门菌爆发提供科学可靠的依据。方法收集166株从腹泻患者(121株)与健康人群(45株)中分离到的沙门菌菌株。对毒力基因pagC和msgA进行常规PCR检测。采用SPSS17.0对实验结果进行数据统计。结果福建省166株沙门菌中均检出一定比例的毒力基因msgA与pagC,检出率分别为40.36%和55.42%。但是,腹泻患者分离株和健康人群分离株中这两个毒力基因的分布情况无统计学差异(χ^(2)_(pagC)=0.089,P=0.766;χ^(2)_(msgA)=1.915,P=0.166);基因携带模式也无统计学差异(χ^(2)_(VP1)=1.255,P=0.263;χ^(2)_(VP2)=1.519,P=0.218;χ^(2)_(VP3)=0.134,P=0.714;χ^(2)_(VP4)=0.488,P=0.485)。VP3:pagC+msgA+及VP4:pagC-msgA-为最常见的基因携带模式。结论福建省沙门菌pagC-msgA毒力小岛在腹泻患者与健康人群分离株中的分布特征相似,不存在差异性。所以健康人群分离株与腹泻患者分离株一样都具有一定的致病潜能。
Objective To find out the distribution features of Salmonella pathogenicity island pagC-msgA of isolates from diarrhea patients and healthy people in,and further exploring the virulence characteristics of Salmonella in Fujian,so as to provide scientific and reliable basis for effective prevention and control of Salmonella outbreak.Methods A total of 166 strains of Salmonella isolated from diarrhea patients(121 strains)and healthy people(45 strains)were collected.The virulence genes pagC and msgA were detected by routine PCR.SPSS 17 was used for data statistics.Results A certain proportion of virulence genes msgA and pagC were detected in 166 Salmonella strains in Fujian,and the detection rates were 40.36%and 55.42%,respectively.However,there was no significant difference in the distribution of these two virulence genes between diarrhea isolates and healthy population isolates(χ^(2)_(pagC)=0.089,P=0.766;χ^(2)_(msgA)=1.915,P=0.166).While there was significant difference in the patterns of gene delivery(χ^(2)_(VP1)=1.255,P=0.263;χ^(2)_(VP2)=1.519,P=0.218;χ^(2)_(VP3)=0.134,P=0.714;χ^(2)_(VP4)=0.488,P=0.485).VP3:pagC+msgA+and VP4:pagC-msgA-were the most common patterns of gene delivery.Conclusions The distribution characteristics of Salmonella pathogenicity island pagC-msgA were similar between diarrhea patients and healthy people in Fujian.So the isolates from healthy people have the same pathogenic potential as those from diarrhea patients.
