辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者血脂调控及颈动脉粥样硬化的改善效果

Effects of simvastatin and atorvastatin on the regulation of blood lipid and the improvement of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者血脂调控及颈动脉粥样硬化的改善效果。方法采用随机抽样法选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者,依据随机数字表法分为阿托伐他汀组(n=40)和辛伐他汀组(n=40),阿托伐他汀组患者给予阿托伐他汀,辛伐他汀组患者给予辛伐他汀,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组患者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块厚度、最大长径。结果治疗后,阿托伐他汀组患者TC、LDL-C水平显著低于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05),但两组患者TG、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者IMT、斑块厚度、最大长径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者血脂调控效果较辛伐他汀好,但二者对患者颈动脉粥样硬化的改善效果相当,值得临床充分重视。

Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin and atorvastatin on the regulation of blood lipid and the improvement of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected by random sampling method and divided into the atorvastatin group(n=40)and the simvastatin group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Patients in atorvastatin group were treated with atorvastatin,while patients in simvastatin group were treated with simvastatin.Both groups were treated for 1 months.The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT),plaque thickness,maximum length were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TC and LDL-C in the atorvastatin group were significantly lower than those in the simvastatin group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the levels of TG and HDL-C in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in IMT,plaque thickness or maximum length diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin has a better effect on regulating blood lipid in patients with ischemic stroke than simvastatin,but the two have the same effect on improving carotid atherosclerosis in patients and deserve full clinical attention.
