腹针联合补肾促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍不孕症的疗效

The curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with Tonifying-Ovulation Decoction in treating ovulatory dysfunctional infertility

目的研究腹针联合补肾促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍不孕症的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月在我院妇科、针灸科诊疗的符合标准的40例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组给予腹针联合补肾促排卵汤治疗;对照组给予来曲唑治疗。两组均以10 d为一个疗程,连续治疗三个疗程,三个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径、BBT情况。结果治疗组总有效率(85.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径均大于治疗前,且治疗组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后基础体温比较,治疗组复常率(75.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹针联合补肾促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症副作用少,疗效好,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with Tonifying-Ovulation Decoction in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility.Methods Forty patients who met the standard in the department of Gynecology and the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,each group had 20 cases.Twenty patients in the treatment group were treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with Tonifying-Ovulation Decoction.Twenty patients in the control group were treated with letrozole.Both the treatment group and the control group were treated for three consecutive courses with 10 days as a treatment course.After the three courses,the clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,maximum follicle diameter and BBT were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(85.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and the largest follicle diameter of the two groups after treatment were greater than before treatment,and the treatment group was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of basal body temperature between two groups before and after treatment.The normalization rate of the treatment group(75.00%)was higher than that of the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with Tonifying-Ovulation Decoction in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility has fewer side effects,good curative effects and high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
