摘要
针对内燃机电站等“微动力”能源系统,选择一种适合的烟气脱硝工艺,可以兼顾高效性和经济性。从脱销工艺的机理入手结合经济性从工艺特点、工作温度、脱除效率等方面比较SNCR与SCR工艺的优缺点,结合内燃机烟气SCR脱硝工程实例,分析了系统运行的经济性。分析结果表明,SCR工艺采用高耐硫催化剂,对于燃料的适应性强,在300~500℃的中高温区保持稳定的高转化率。且系统具有配置简单,占地小等优点。系统采用尿素水溶液代替液氨作为SCR工艺脱硝还原剂,其购买方便快捷且没有液氨的安全隐患。SCR脱硝工艺能够用于内燃机NO x的脱除,满足环保排放要求,运行成本可控,可为同类工程设计及应用提供参考。
Researching on the flue gas denitrification process of“micro-power”energy system such as internal combustion engine power plant,which can be both efficient and economical.The advantages and disadvantages of SNCR and SCR processes are compared from the aspects of process characteristics,operating temperature and removal efficiency,combined with the example of SCR DE-NO x project of internal combustion engine,the economy of system is analyzed.The SCR process has the advantages of high sulfur-resistant catalyst,strong adaptability to fuel,stable high conversion rate in the temperature range of 300~500℃.And the system has the advantages of simple configuration,small footprint,et al.Aqueous urea solution instead of liquid ammonia is used as reductant,which is convenient and quick to purchase and has no hidden trouble of liquid ammonia.SCR denitrification process can be used to remove NO x from internal combustion engine,meet the requirements of environmental protection,and the operation cost is controllable,which can provide reference for similar engineering design and application.
