摘要
跨越架是输电线路架线施工中使用的重要防护装备。设计了一种新型移动格构式跨越架,该结构由运输车、架体、液压柱和拉线组成,可实现快速进场及搭设。采用萤火虫算法和罚函数法,以角钢构件截面型号为设计变量,强度和刚度为约束条件,结构质量最小化为目标函数,对跨越架结构进行尺寸优化。结果表明,优化选型后的结构质量仅有1.82 t,各构件均采用标准规格等边角钢,符合设计要求。根据设计工况对跨越架结构进行了有限元力学分析,验证了该跨越架的安全性。
Crossing frame is an important protective equipment used in transmission line construction.A new type of mobile lattice crossing structure is designed.The structure is composed of transport vehicle,frame body,hydraulic column and stay wire,which can realize rapid access to construction site and erection.The firefly algorithm and penalty function method are used to optimize the size of the crossing frame structure,taking the section types of the angle steel members as the design variables,the strength and stiffness as the constraint conditions,and the structural mass minimization as the objective function.The results show that the structural mass after optimization is only 1.82 t,and all components are made of standard specification equilateral angle steel,which meets the design requirements.According to the design conditions,the finite element mechanical analysis of the crossing structure is carried out,and the safety of the crossing structure is verified.
