摘要 表面缺陷是影响木材利用率和安全性的关键因素之一,针对图像处理技术在木材表面缺陷检测中的应用与发展,首先简述应力波、超声波、射线及图像处理等常用木材表面缺陷的检测方法,然后针对图像处理检测技术,在概述图像预处理、图像分割、形态学后处理、缺陷识别等基本流程的基础上,重点针对图像分割中基于图像灰度特征的传统图像分割方法存在精度不高的问题,分析改进的二维阈值分割和纹理分割方法的应用现状。最后,结合现代化木材生产加工现状,提出改进图像处理检测木材表面缺陷的方法和途径。 One of the main factors affecting the utilization rate and safety of wood is surface defect.Aiming at the application and development of image processing technology in wood surface defect detection,this paper briefly introduces the commonly used wood surface defect detection methods such as stress wave,ultrasonic wave,ray and image processing,focuses on the problem of low accuracy with the image processing and detection technology existing in the traditional image segmentation method based on image gray scale characteristics in image segmentation on the basis of overview of such basic processes as image processing and detection technology,image preprocessing,image segmentation,morphology processing and defect recognition,and analyzes the improved two-dimensional threshold segmentation and the present situation of the application of texture segmentation method and proposes methods and ways of improving image processing technology to detect wood surface defects coupled with the present situation of modern wood production and processing.
