Research on Cutting Device of Standard Sample of Lining Pipe

近年来,内衬管因其良好的防腐、抗磨性能,在油品输送中得到广泛应用,促使内衬管的检测业务量剧增。内衬管检测不属于整体性能检测,需要将内衬管原管加工成实验要求的标准试样进行各参数检测。因此,设计了一套全新的内衬管标准试样裁切装置,提高了试样加工的精度和效率。

In recent years,lined pipes have been widely used in oil transportation due to their good anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties,prompting a huge increase in the inspection business of lined pipes.The inspection of lining pipe is not an overall performance inspection.The original pipe of the lining pipe needs to be processed into standard samples required by the test for various parameter inspections.Therefore,a new set of standard sample cutting device for lining tube was designed to improve the precision and efficiency of sample processing.
