摘要
目前在化工行业精馏工艺应用的过程中出现了一些问题,在一定程度上影响了对于能源利用率的有效提升,造成了能源浪费的问题。对此,应根据现有的精馏工艺流程,开展高效节能技术开发和应用,从而在降低化工精馏过程能量消耗的同时,提升物质分离的效率。鉴于此,主要围绕化工精馏高效节能技术开发及应用展开论述,并结合实际情况给出一些合理化的建议。
At present,there are some problems in the application of distillation process in chemical industry,which affect the effective improvement of energy utilization rate to a certain extent,resulting in the problem of energy waste.Therefore,according to the existing distillation process,effective energy-saving technology development and application should be carried out,so as to reduce the energy consumption of chemical distillation process and improve the efficiency of material separation.In view of this,this paper will mainly focus on the development and application strategy of efficient energy-saving technology of chemical distillation,and give some reasonable suggestions combined with the actual situation.
