摘要 针对涠洲岛淡水资源现状,设计了450m3/d的反渗透海水淡化系统,取水方式为潮汐引流式取水,预处理采用原水→自清洗过滤→混凝-沉淀→超滤工艺流程,回收率为90%。选用海德能SWC4-LD反渗透膜组件,脱盐率99.8%,回收率45%,一级两段4∶2排列,6支膜壳,膜壳采用4芯装,设计水通量为20.8L/×(m2·h)。设置精度为5μm的保安过滤器,采用转子式能量回收装置。反渗透产水投加艾克ENK-107海水淡化专用阻垢剂,杀菌剂选择浓度为0.1%~1.0%的戊二醛溶液。模拟运行结果:产水TSD为92.86mg/L,其余指标均满足国家饮用水指标准,证明参数设置、膜元件选型合理,工程总功率为93.4kW。 In view of the current situation of fresh water resources in Weizhou Island,a 450m3/d reverse osmosis desalination system is designed.The water is taken by tidal drainage.The pretreatment process is raw water→self-cleaning filtration→coagulation sedimentation→ultrafiltration.The recovery rate is 90%.The module of SWC4-LD reverse osmosis membrane is selected with desalting rate of 99.8%and recovery rate of 45%.The first stage is arranged in two sections of 4∶2,with six membrane shells.The membrane shells are installed in four cores,and the designed water flux is20.8L/(m2·h).A safety filter with an accuracy of 5μm is set up and a rotor type energy recovery device is used.The scale inhibitor special for sea water desalination ENK-107 was added to the produced water of reverse osmosis,and glutaraldehyde solution with concentration of 0.1-1.0%was selected as the bactericide.Simulation operation results:the TSD of water production is 92.86mg/L,and the other indexes meet the national water index standard,which proves that the parameter setting and membrane element selection are reasonable,and the total power of the project is 93.4kW.
