摘要
我国部分合成革企业将优化工艺规范的重心放在了绿色清洁方面,并采取了物料运输通道、自动配料、车间全封闭生产等方面的清洁生产措施,从而有效降低了生产过程中废气废料的排放。生产过程中的废气对工作人员有一定影响,造成工作人员的身体健康问题。因此,为了让废气在烘干工序和涂台上挥发,可以在涂台上方装设吸风罩,或者将人工加料改为自动加料,以减少溶剂的挥发,实现溶剂的回收利用,保护生产工作人员的身体健康,提高资源的循环利用,减少对环境和空气的污染。
