摘要
目的总结阿扎那韦的化学合成方法,并对其结构进行确认研究;方法利用优化的阿扎那韦合成工艺制备阿扎那韦,并采用元素分析法、红外光谱以及核磁共振等技术对制备的化合物结构进行分析,确认制备的药品结构是否正确;结果合成物经过结构确认,总收率达到53.8%(以频那酮计),纯度达到99.8%;结论以该工艺制备阿扎那韦操作较为简单,可用于工业化生产。
Objective To summarize the chemical synthesis method of atazanavir and to confirm its structure;the method uses the optimized atazanavir synthesis process to prepare atazanavir,and uses elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging,etc.The technology analyzes the structure of the prepared compound to confirm whether the structure of the prepared drug is correct;as a result,the structure of the compound is confirmed,the total yield reaches 53.8%(calculated as pinacolone),and the purity reaches 99.8%.Conclusion Zanavir is relatively simple to operate and can be used in industrial production.
