满足安全稳定要求的限制短路电流在线辅助决策方法

On-Line Decision-Making Method for Limiting Short-Circuit Current to Meet the Requirements of Safety and Stability

为了避免按照离线最恶劣方式计算采取的限制短路电流措施过于保守问题,提出了满足安全稳定要求的限制短路电流在线辅助决策方法。在参照相关计算标准确定在线短路电流计算方法基础上,建立了满足短路电流越限要求且控制措施对系统安全稳定运行影响最小的目标函数。基于集群并行计算平台采用两阶段优化方法进行辅助决策控制措施搜索,首先通过求解控制措施数目最少的整数规划问题,获得满足短路电流不越限要求的若干方案作为安全稳定校核方案;之后在安全稳定校核基础上按照目标函数要求选取最终的限制短路电流辅助决策控制措施。某实际电网的算例验证了该方法的有效性。

In order to avoid the problem that the short circuit current control measures made by off-line extreme operation condition are too conservative,an on-line decision-making method for limiting short circuit current and meeting the requirement of security and stability is proposed in this paper.After determining on-line short circuit current calculation method by referring to relevant calculation standards,the objective function is established,which satisfies the short circuit current security and the minimum influence on the security and stability of the system.Based on the cluster parallel computing platform,a two-stage optimization method is used to search the control measures.Firstly,by solving the integer programming problem with the least number of control measures,some security and stability check schemes which can meet the requirement of short-circuit current security are obtained.Then,based on the security and stability check results,the control measure of limiting short-circuit current is selected according to the objective function.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by actual cases.
