摘要 利用MIKE HYDRO模型搭建浙江沿海某区域水库群联网联调水资源配置模型,综合考虑现有工程、规划工程及经济投资效益等因素,给出区域水资源配置效益和效率较优方案。选取区域人口密集、工业经济发达,但近年用水矛盾逐渐突出,用水关系也发生改变。成果可用于指导研究区域水资源配置工程的规划和建设,同时可为沿海其他地区水资源联网联调、区域水资源开发利用提供技术借鉴,从而促进区域经济社会可持续发展。 This research built a water resources allocation model of joint operation of reservoir group in a coastal area of Zhejiang Province using MIKE HYDRO model.In view of existing projects,planning projects and economic benefits,a scheme with better benefit and efficiency of water research allocation was given.This coastal area in this area is densely populated and has developed industrial economy,in which area the contradiction of water supply and demand is gradually prominent and the relationship of water use is changing.The results of this study can be used to guide the planning and construction of regional water resources allocation project,and provide technical reference for other coastal areas in Zhejiang Province for water resources network joint debugging and regional water resources development and utilization,so as to promote the sustainable development of regional economy and society.
