钝圆半径对镍基高温合金的铣削性能影响 被引量:3

摘要 铣削典型的难加工材料镍基高温合金时,刀具刃口直接接触参与切削,对铣削性能起到决定性作用。通过建立刀具精确三维模型和有限元切削仿真模型,对不同钝圆半径的圆角铣刀铣削镍基合金进行仿真,分析钝圆半径对切削性能的影响,开展切削试验进行验证。结果表明:钝圆半径对刃口附近集中区域的应力和温度以及进给抗力和切深抗力影响较为显著;钝圆半径增大,切屑挤裂程度增加,刃口附近集中区域的应力和温度呈减小趋势;切削仿真和实际切削试验具有较好的对应关系。 When milling difficult-to-machine nickel-based superalloy,the tool edge has a significant effect on milling performance due to its direct contact with the workpiece.Through the establishment of precise 3D tool model and 3D milling simulation model,the milling processes with end mills of different edge radii are simulated,and the effect of edge radius on milling performance is analyzed.Finally,the milling experiment is carried out to verifiy the simulation.The results show that the edge radius has significant effects on the stress and temperature of concentration areas near the edge and the cutting forces in the feed and DOC directions,and the chip extrusion breakage increases with the increase of the edge radius,and the high stress and temperature the near the edge tend to decrease,and the simulation is in good agreement with the actual milling experiment.
