摘要
以实际工况为背景,对比分析了微量润滑和切削液浇注对刀具寿命的影响,优化了切削工艺参数和微量润滑功能参数,使微量润滑条件下的刀具寿命接近切削液浇注条件下的刀具寿命。此外,对微量润滑技术使用过程中的空气颗粒物进行测量,发现空气颗粒物浓度上升了127%,建议使用空气过滤器等方式加强劳动安全防护。
Based on actual cutting conditions,the tool lives of milling processes with MQL and cutting fluid are compared.The functional parameters of the MQL generation machine and the cutting parameters are also optimized to improve the tool life with MQL condition,which is almost equal to the tool life with cutting fluid condition.In addition,the particle concentration during the application of MQL is measured and it is found that the concentration increases by 127%,compared with the cutting fluid condition.It is suggested that air filter should be used to ensure the occupational safety.
