摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定杀蟑饵剂中吡虫啉含量的分析方法。采用C 18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+水为流动相,在220nm波长下测定吡虫啉的含量,内标法定量。分析结果表明,吡虫啉的标准偏差为0.0105,变异系数为0.48%,平均回收率为99.73%。该方法具有较高的精密度与准确度,操作简便,分离效果好。
The HPLC method for determination of imidacloprid in cockroach bait was established.The imidacloprid in the samples was determined by C 18 stainless column and UV-absorbance detector at 220nm using an internal standard method.The mixture of acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase The results showed that the standard deviation of 0.0105,variation coefficient of 0.48%,and the mean recovery of 99.73%was obtained.This method showed the advantages of high precision and accuracy,convenience and good separation.
