冷冻-吸附(转轮)联合机组梯度除湿技术在软胶囊干燥工艺中应用的可行性分析

摘要 根据软胶囊的干燥特性,结合多年的软胶囊生产经验,综合软胶囊生产企业一般干燥工艺的特点,采用三套各自独立控制的冷冻-吸附(转轮)联合除湿机组并设计了三个温湿度梯度进行软胶囊干燥的应用。从技术效益及经济效益分析了该应用的可行性。 Based on the drying feature in soft capsules and combined with the experiences in capsule production for years,in colligating the characteristic in general drying process in soft capsule production enterprises,three individually controlled freezingabsorption(runner)dehumidification units were applied,and in drying of soft capsule three steps for temperature and humidity were designed.The flexibility of this application was then analyzed from both technical and economic benefits.
