摘要
山钢日照公司2^(#)5100 m^(3)高炉通过加强原燃料管理,优化煤气分布和出铁制度,适当提高炉顶压力,铁水含[Si]量由开炉的0.55%降低至目前的0.35%以下,实现了低硅冶炼,取得了节焦增产的效果。
By strengthening the management of raw materials and fuels,optimization of gas distribution and tapping system,increasing the pressure of furnace top properly,the[Si]content of pig iron has been reduced from 0.55%to less than 0.35%at present.The No.2 BF at Rizhao branch of Shandong Steel Group can smelt low silicon hot metal,saving coke and increasing output has been achieved.
