The thesis gives a brief introduction of main process flow,main design parameters and operation effect of air separation unit with 60000 m3/h in Rizhao Iron and Steel premium.It also summarizes characteristics and advanced technology employed in air separation unit.After the completion of the project,the equipments are found to be running safely and smoothly,design parameter was quickly achieved,energy consumption and operating cost were reduced significantly.
