传热系数对低碳钢热轧过程的影响

摘要 基于DEFORM-3D对热轧过程中热量的传递和轧件的宽展进行研究,通过建立有限元模型,对模拟结果进行分析,确定了接触散热是引起轧制过程温度变化的主要原因。较小的传热系数可以减小热量的散失,降低轧制力,提高金属的流动性,提高热轧质量。 In this paper,based on DEFORM-3D,the heat transfer and width spread in the hot rolling process are studied.By establishing a finite element model,it is determined that the contact heat dissipation is the main reason for the temperature change during the rolling process,and a smaller heat transfer coefficient can reduce heat loss and rolling force,improve metal fluidity and hot rolling quality.
