Consideration of Steel Enterprises Development Basingon New Development Layout

简要分析钢铁行业在国民经济循环中的作用;剖析在新发展格局下钢铁企业面临的机遇与挑战。提出钢铁企业抓住机遇、应对挑战、谋求高质量发展的行动举措:一是加大科技创新力度,夯实产业基础;二是开展对标管理,提升管理能力;三是推进兼并重组,促进产业高级化;四是加快国际化进程,打造世界一流钢铁企业;五是打造钢铁生态圈,形成共生共赢的产业生态。

The function of steel industry in the circulation of national economy was briefly analyzed. The opportunities and threatsfaced by steel enterprises under the background of new development layout were researched. The action measures adopted by steelenterprises with regard to grasping opportunities and accepting threats and planning high quality development were put forward.Namely: firstly, reinforcing the scope of science and technology innovation, and strengthening industrial base. Secondly, doingbenchmarking management, and improving managerial capabilities. Thirdly, pushing merger and acquisition, and upgrading industry.Fourthly, quickening globalization procedure, and forging the world class steel enterprises. Finally, building steel ecological circle,and forming co-existence, win-win industrial ecology.
