通过对国有控股上市公司市值管理现状分析,发现市值管理的现状与其规模、盈利能力等指标不相匹配,存在缺乏市值管理战略思维、考核导向及资本运营和市值管理人才匮乏等问题。建议通过建立市值管理的经营考核体系,优化公司股权结构,加强投资者关系管理,强化资本市场运作等路径实现资产的保值增值、市值的持续优化和稳步提升。

Through the analysis of the current situation of market value management of state-owned holding listed companies,it is found that the current situation of market value management does not match with its scale,profitability and other indicators,and there are some problems such as the lack of strategic thinking,assessment guidance,capital operation and market value management talents.It is suggested to establish a market value management assessment system,optimize the company's equity structure,strengthen the management of investor relations,and strengthen the operation of the capital market.So as to maintain and increase the value of assets and continuously optimize and steadily improve the market value.
