县级教师培训者队伍发展现状与提升路径

摘要 县级教师培训者队伍是支持中国教师队伍发展的重要力量,责任重大,但其自身发展现状却不容乐观,整体力量相对薄弱,人员素质相对较低,得到的支持力度还显得比较疲软。另一方面,县级教师培训者的作用却越来越重要,承载着从上至下的各种培训职责,这就需要从制定和执行教师培训师职业标准,加大软硬件支持力度,激活县级教师培训者队伍发展力等方面着手,探索提升县级教师培训者队伍综合素质和履职能力的有效路径,筑牢推动中国教师队伍建设工作向前发展的基础。 The training team for county-level teaching staff is the backbone of China’s education and bears great responsibility.However the current status of the training team’s development is not optimistic,with its overall power and personnel’s ability relatively weak.At the same time,the role of the training team continually increases,taking up the responsibility of all kinds of training,which raises the need to dive in the strategy and execution of the career standard of teaching staff,enhancement the support system at all levels and activation of the development potential of the training team,in order to explore the efficient methods to increase the overall ability and execution ability,and to build the foundation of the development of China’s teaching power.
