摘要
本研究针对教师专业发展中只"教"不"思""、教"与"思"严重脱节的问题,提出"教、学、思合一"的解决对策。笔者结合20余年的成长经历,立足课堂,发现问题,读书学习,分析问题,开展反思,解决问题,总结出"教、学、思合一"的具体操作方法与技巧,以及在推广应用中取得的实践效果与成绩。
In view of the problems in teachers’professional development that"teaching"is not"thinking"and"teaching"is seriously separated from"thinking",this paper puts forward the countermeasures of"teaching,learning and thinking".Based on more than 20 years of growth experience,the author,based on the classroom,found problems,reading and learning,analyzing problems,carrying out reflection,solving problems,summed up the specific operation methods and skills of"teaching,learning,thinking",as well as the practical results and achievements obtained in the promotion and application.
