摘要
当前,我国职业教育全面开启"双高"建设新征程,职业教育迎来了历史机遇及全新挑战,打造高水平"双师队伍"是其重要的改革发展任务和目标之一。作为"双高"发展的重要主体,青年教师的职业发展水平,直接关系到我国高职教育改革的未来。在此背景下,本文力图探讨青年教师群体的生存与发展困扰,并从青年教师职业道德建设、双师素质提升、创新管理机制等方面着手进行积极探索与实践,以期为我国高职院校培养高水平青年师资队伍提供借鉴。
At present,China’s vocational education has embarked on a new journey of"double-high"construction,and vocational education has ushered in historical opportunities and new challenges.It is one of its important reform and development tasks and goals to create a high-level"double-teacher team".As an important subject of"double high"development,the career development level of young teachers is directly related to the future of higher vocational education reform in China.In this context,the survival and development of young teachers group is discussed,and from the construction of professional ethics of young teachers,double quality improvement,innovation management mechanism and other aspects of active exploration and practice,in order to provide reference for the training of high-level young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
