摘要
大学生违规行为的根源在于个体,广泛性警示教育和防范管理措施难以从群体层面解决这一问题。驱动个体行为的认知和需求,基于认知平衡的考虑以及来自不同层面的个体需求,是违规行为发生的内在因素,因此,行为规范教育需强化规则意识,并以个体内在标准的建立为核心。
The root of College Students’illegal behaviors lies in the individual.It is difficult to solve this problem from the level of group by extensive warning education and preventive management measures.Based on the consideration of cognitive balance and individual needs from different levels,the cognition and needs that drive individual behaviors are the internal factors of the occurrence of violations.Therefore,the education of behavior norms needs to strengthen the cultivation of rule consciousness and take the establishment of individual internal standards as the core.
