高校心理普查工作存在的问题及其对策

当下,心理普查工作在高校已经广泛开展,但在测验选择、施测过程和结果处理等方面均存在诸多问题。为提高心理普查工作的实效性,在理念上,应该树立科学全面的心理普查观,将消极心理筛查与积极心理挖掘结合起来;在技术上,应该优化心理普查工具组合、完善心理普查实施程序、规范心理普查结果运用。

At present,psychological census has been widely carried out in colleges and universities,but there are many problems in test selection,test process and result processing.In order to improve the effectiveness of psychological census,we should set up a scientific and comprehensive view of psychological census,and combine negative psychological screening with positive psychological mining.In terms of technology,the combination of psychological census tools should be optimized,the implementation procedure of psychological census should be improved,and the application of psychological census results should be standardized.
