穿孔机中压传动系统中不间断电源国产化升级改造应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了穿孔主传动系统的工作环境及使用目的,分析了SVGN系统存在的问题:不稳定的门极供电是造成IGCT频繁出现门极故障的主要因素。提出了不间断电源的国产化非标准改造方案:将UPS输出电压改造为浮地系统,增加旁路隔离变压器,以及后备电池冗余和智能电池监控单元。不间断电源改造前,IGCT故障两三个月一起;改造后,再未发生过此类故障。 Described here in the paper are the working conditions for and purpose of use of the piercer main drive system.Also analyzed are the problems as staying with the SVGN system.Unstable gate power supply acts as the main cause for frequent gate fault of the IGCT.Accordingly the solution for localized,non-standard upgrading of the UPS is proposed,i.e.,modifying the UPS output voltage into an earth-floating system,and adding by-pass isolation transformer as well as backup battery redundancy and intelligent buttery monitoring unit.Before the UPS upgrading,there had been a fault of the IGCT every two or three months.And after the UPS upgrading,no fault has ever occurred again.
