浸渍法与规范法测试沥青混合料理论最大密度对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Theoretical Maximum Density of Asphalt Mixture Tested by Impregnation Method and Standard Method

文章介绍了沥青浸渍法在沥青混合料集料有效相对密度和理论最大密度测定中的应用,并与现行规范方法试验结果对比分析,检验现场渗水系数。试验结果表明:采用浸渍法测试得到的集料混合料的有效相对密度比采用现行规范法得到的集料混合料的有效相对密度整体偏小,偏差在0.02~0.04;试件空隙率偏小0.7%~1.4%。沥青浸渍法的测试结果更符合沥青混合料的现场实际情况。

This paper introduces the application of asphalt impregnation method in the determination of aggregate effective relative density and theoretical maximum density of asphalt mixture.The result is compared with the result of current standard method to test the field water permeability coefficient.It is showed that the effective relative density of aggregate mixture obtained by immersion method is better than the result of current standard method,and the deviation is 0.02~0.04.The voidage of the specimen is smaller by 0.7%~1.4%.The test result of asphalt impregnation method is more suitable for the actual situation of asphalt mixture.
