基于组织变革理论的高职院校管理水平提升策略研究

Strategy to Elevate Management Levels of Higher Vocational Schools Based on the Theory of Organizational Transformation

随着国家推进职业教育全面深化改革,高职院校在建立和完善现代职业制度、提升管理水平上仍需要进行一场全面深刻的组织变革。文章以由中专学校合并升格组建的X校为例,从经济发展、社会变革、职教改革、组织结构等内外部因素分析高职院校组织变革的必要性和必然性。提出进一步完善治理体系、优化组织结构、简化工作流程、重塑组织文化等策略措施,为X校及同类院校推进组织变革以提升管理水平提供分析框架模型和策略措施参考。

As the state has fully deepened reform on vocational education, higher vocational schools are still in need for a round of holistic and profound organizational transformation in terms of establishment and completion of modern vocational system and elevation of management level. By taking school X for example, which has been established and upgraded by merging secondary technical schools, this article analyzed the necessity and inevitability of organizational transformation in higher vocational schools on such internal and external factors as economic development, social change, vocational education reform, organizational structure, etc. It has provided analytical frame models and reference for strategic measures to X and schools of the same kind for promotion of organizational transformation and elevation of management level, through strategic measures such as further completing governance system, optimizing organizational structure, simplifying working flow, remodeling organizational culture, etc.
