摘要
"职教20条"明确指出,职业教育是类型教育,类型教育背景下高职院校实践教学是职业教育的主要方式。文章通过现代学徒制项目的开展,校企深度合作,深入分析类型教育背景下高职院校实践教学模式,即构建类型教育背景下高职院校全过程渐进式实践教学模式,设置类型教育背景下高职院校实践教学的课程体系,通过实证研究,依次从企业层面、学校层面、学生层面和政策层面提出类型教育背景下高职院校实践教学的建议,促进类型教育背景下高职院校实践教学的健康发展。
The Article 20 of"National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan"has clearly pointed out that vocational education is typological education, under the background of which the practical teaching in higher vocational schools is the main force of vocational education. Through the development of the modern apprenticeship program and deepening enterprise-college cooperation, this article conducted in-depth analysis on the practical teaching modes, i.e. whole-process & progressive practical teaching modes and set up curriculum system in higher vocational schools under the background of typological education. Through empirical study, it also has proposed suggestions to promote healthy development of typological education in higher vocational schools on such layers of enterprise, school, students and policies.
