摘要
师资队伍建设是高职院校内涵式发展最重要的内容。以柳州市高职院校为案例,探讨会计类专业师资队伍建设在学历结构、专业结构、职称结构、实践技能、科研能力和社会服务等方面存在的困境。针对存在的问题,提出解决高职院校会计类专业师资队伍存在问题的出路:引进、留住和用好人才;重视后续教育学习,培养骨干教师,提升综合素养;培养"双师型"教师,增强教师实践技能;激发科研兴趣,提升科研能力;提高社会服务意识,增强社会服务能力。
Teaching staff construction is the most important factor in the connotative development of higher vocational schools. By taking the higher vocational schools of Liuzhou City for examples, this article discussed the difficulties existing in the construction of teaching staff for accounting major in terms of academic degrees configuration, major configuration, combination of professional titles, practical skills, scientific research capabilities, social service, etc. Specific to the existing problems, this article has put forward the way out for solution, which is to introduce and retain talents, and give full play of their capabilities;attach importance to continuing education,cultivate backbone teachers and raise comprehensive attainment;cultivate"Bi-polar"teachers and heighten their practical skills;stimulate interests in scientific research and elevate relevant abilities;raise awareness for and strengthen the ability of social service.
