推进社会主义核心价值观“学思说行”融合创新,需要强大的主体力量支持。要依靠广大群众的主体责任,提升他们的参与感和责任心;要发挥党员干部的引领作用,从思想引领、行动引领和政策引领三方面着力;要加强宣传机构的普及传播,提升社会主义核心价值观影响的频度和广度;要依靠思想政治教育工作者的学术创新,将社会主义核心价值观与学术科研、与学生课堂紧密结合。

Promoting the integration and innovation of the core values of Chinese socialism through"learning,thinking,speaking,and acting"requires the support of a strong main force.It is necessary to rely on the main responsibility of the masses to enhance their sense of participation and responsibility,and to give full play to the leading role of Party members and cadres by focusing on three aspects of ideological guidance,action guidance and policy guidance,apart from strengthening the popularization and dissemination of propaganda agencies to enhance the frequency and breadth of the influence of the core values of Chinese socialism,and relying on the academic innovation of intellectuals to closely integrate the core values of Chinese socialism with academic research and classroom teaching.
