辛集市水资源开发利用对策与建议

Countermeasures and suggestions on the development and utilization of water resources in Xinji City

从现状水利工程供水情况、实际供用水结构、水资源开发利用程度等方面,分析辛集市水资源开发利用的现状,在此基础上指出了水资源开发利用中存在的水资源先天禀赋差、水资源供需矛盾依然存在、地下水仍存在一定程度超采、水资源利用效率有待提高、非常规水资源利用水平较低等问题,进而提出了辛集市水资源可持续利用的对策与建议,确保水资源的可持续利用支撑辛集市经济社会的可持续发展。

This article analyzes the current situation of water resources development and utilization in Xinji City from the aspects of current water supply status,actual water supply structure and water resources development and utilization degree,etc.On this basis,it points out that there are some problems in the development and utilization of water resources,such as the congenital endowment difference of water resources,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources,the overexploitation of groundwater to some extent,and the utilization efficiency of water resources to be improved,the utilization level of unconventional water resources is relatively low.Then the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable utilization of water resources in Xinji City,to ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources to support the sustainable development of Xinji city's economy and society.
