摘要 悬架系统是影响汽车平顺性的重要因素之一。本文采用力学分析得到不同类型悬架系统的振动微分方程,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具,对建立的二自由度汽车悬架模型进行仿真,分析了主动和被动悬架系统的车身位移、车身加速度和悬架行程对汽车平顺性的影响。得出有电控单元ECU(Electronic Control Unit)的主动悬架系统可以使汽车在行驶过程中更好的吸收冲击、衰减振动,拥有更好的平顺性。 The suspension system is one of the important factors affecting the ride comfort of automobile.In this paper,the vibration differential equations of different types of suspension systems were obtained by mechanical analysis,and a two-degree-of-freedom vehicle suspension model was established.Matlab/Simulink was used for simulation,and the influence of vehicle body displacement,acceleration and suspension stroke of active and passive suspension systems on vehicle ride comfort was analyzed.It is concluded that the active suspension system with Electronic Control Unit(ECU)can make the car better absorb shock,attenuate vibration and have better ride comfort.
