本文综述基因检测指导P2Y_(12)受体拮抗药个体化治疗的研究进展,对细胞色素P450 2C19代谢型、药品说明书、临床指南、随机对照试验等相关资料进行综述,为读者了解相关领域提供参考。
This article reviewed the research progress of genotype-guided individualized treatment of P2Y_(12) receptor antagonists. To provide reference for readers to understand the related fields, cytochrome P450 2C19 metabolic types, drug instructions, clinical guidelines and randomized controlled trials were reviewed.
