摘要
大球盖菇是近年来我国开发较好的菇种,栽培基质选择的广泛性是其重要的生理特性之一,为在商业化生产中获得高产、高品质的大球盖菇菇体,本研究对不同基质栽培的大球盖菇主要农艺性状及关键营养物质进行比较分析,结果表明:不同基质对大球盖菇在菌丝生长周期方面进行的比较中处理T1、T2、T3的生长周期与CK显著差异;总产量比较中处理T3在所有处理中产量最高,处理T1和T2高于处理T4和对照组;处理T3在菌盖直径、菌柄长度、菌柄直径三方面的数据比对中与其他组处理存在显著差异,而处理T2在菌盖直径数据比对中与其他组处理存在显著差异;T3的蛋白质含量最高,与其他处理对比均达到显著性差异水平;T1和T3的膳食纤维含量高,与其他处理对比均达到显著性差异水平;T1、T2、T3的总糖含量均显著高于CK;处理T1的脂肪含量与其他处理显著差异。
Stropharia rugosoannulata was a good development mushroom variety in recent years,cultivation matrix selection of substrates was one of the important physiological characteristics,the main agronomic traits and key nutrients of Stropharia rugosoannulata cultivated in different substrates were compared and analyzed in our study.The results showed that the hyphae growth cycle of different substrates was significantly different between T1-T3 and CK.The total yield of T3 was the highest in all treatments,and the T1 and T2 were higher than the T4 and CK.The significant differences between T3 and other groups in terms of cap diameter,stalk length and stalk diameter,while there were significant differences between T2 and other groups in terms of cap diameter.The T3 had significant difference compared with other treatments for protein content.The T1 and T3 had significant difference compared with other treatments for dietary fiber content.The T1,T2 and T3 had significant difference compared with CK for total sugar content.The T1 had significant difference with other treatments for fat content.
