农业产业空间布局优化与相对贫困帮扶模式研究--以山西省宁武县为例

Study on the Spatial Layout Optimization of Agricultural Industry and the Supporting Mode of Relative Poverty--A Case Study of Ningwu County,Shanxi Province

为解决相对贫困和巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,本文以山西省宁武县为研究对象,围绕“增长极、内源式、绿色生态、多功能”农业产业空间发展理念,分析研究农业产业空间发展理念的相对贫困帮扶模式;立足增长极、内源式、绿色生态、多功能发展理念的相对贫困帮扶模式内容,优化农业产业空间布局,打造“主导产业集成区、特色产品发掘区、生态循环示范区和农旅融合开发区”,改善乡村相对贫困状态,提升相对贫困群体的收入与生活质量,助推解决相对贫困问题。

In order to solve the problem of relative poverty and consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,taking Ningwu County of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzed and studied the supporting mode of relative poverty,which was centered on the concept of"growth pole,endogeny,green ecology and multi-function"agricultural industry spatial development.According to the content of the supporting mode of relative poverty about these development concept,this paper optimized the spatial distribution of agricultural industry,built"the integration area of leading industries,the exploration area of characteristic products,the demonstration area of ecological cycle,and the integrated development area of agriculture and tourism"to optimize the agricultural industrial spatial layout,and made a contribution to improve the state of rural relative poverty,promote relatively poor people's income and quality of life,and solve the problem of relative poverty.
