信息技术在现代农业示范区监测评价体系中的应用分析

Research on the Information Technology Application in the Monitoring and Evaluation System of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Sites

对信息技术在现代农业示范区监测评价体系中的应用进行了研究,报告了现代农业示范区信息化监测评价体系的现状。随着形势的变化,示范区信息技术的应用也不能适应形势发展的需要。现代农业示范区要在系统整体架构、流程优化等方面,加速信息技术与示范区监测评价体系融合。建议明确现代农业示范区监测评价信息化的定位、改进现代农业示范区建设水平监测评价信息系统、完善现代农业示范区指标体系和强化监测评价的导向作用。

This paper studied the application of information technology in monitoring and evaluation system of modern agricultural demonstration area,and introduced the present situation of monitoring and evaluation system of modern agricultural demonstration area.With the change of the situation,the application of information technology in the demonstration area cannot meet the needs of the development of the situation.Modern agriculture demonstration area should accelerate the integration of information technology and monitoring and evaluation system of demonstration area in system overall structure,process optimization and so on.It is suggested that the orientation of monitoring and evaluation informationization of modern agriculture demonstration area should be clarified,the construction level monitoring and evaluation information system of modern agriculture demonstration area should be improved,the index system of modern agriculture demonstration area should be perfected and the guidance function of monitoring and evaluation should be strengthened.
