摘要
目的识别某单位磷化生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素并检测,评价防护设施设置的有效性,提出有效可行的补充措施及建议方法依据国家相关规范、标准,采用现场调查、工程分析、职业卫生检测等方法对某单位磷化生产线的职业病危害因素进行分析评价.结果某单位磷化生产过程中电镀工接触NaOH,HCl、H_(2)SO_(4)、Ni、H_(3)PO_(4)的浓度均<50%OELs,接触噪声8h等效声级符合限值要求结论在采取职业病防护设施和个人防护后操作人员接触职业病危害因素浓(强)度低于OELs,职业病防护设施及措施合理并且有效。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards in phosphaling process,and to evaluate the effectiveness of protective facilities,and put forward effective and feasible supplementary measures and suggestions.Methods Field investigation,engineering analysis and occupational health testing were applied to analyze and evaluate.Results The concentration of NaOH,HCl,H_(2)SO_(4),Ni and H_(3)PO_(4)contacted by electroplaters in phosphating process was less than 50%OELs,and the equivalent sound level of contact noise for 8h met the limit requirement.Conclusion After taking occupational disease protection facilities and personal protection,the opera tors exposure to occupational hazards is lower than that of OELs.The occupational disease protection facilities and measures are reasonable and effective.
