摘要
目的调查广西2家甘蔗制糖企业蔗渣尘关键控制点与微生物污染状况「方法针对A、B两家企业作业场所中的微生物采样采用自然沉降法进行检测。结果甘蔗堆场、甘蔗落料口、打包机蔗渣尘关键控制点的粉尘浓度在0.96-8.89 mg/m^(3),甘蔗堆场、甘蔗落料口、打包机的菌落总数(均值)分别为240 cfu/m^(3)(A)、357 cfu/m^(3)(B),448 cfu/m^(3)(A)、359 cfu/m^(3)(B),344 cfu/m^(3)(A)、348 cfu/m^(3)(B),甘蔗落料口的菌落总数最大。根据检测结果显示,空气中菌落总数与蔗渣尘浓度的大小无直接关系。结论提高企业的自动化水平,减少劳动者在作业现场的停留时间,操作室内设置清洁式通风装置,减少劳动者接触的粉尘浓度和微生物,保护劳动者健康。
Objective To investigate the status of microbial contamination and bagasse dust concentration in two sugarcane sugar enterprises in Guangxi.Methods The method of natural sedimentation was applied for microbial sampling in workplaces of A and B enterprises. Results The concentration of dust exposed to the sugarcane storage yard, sugarcane blanking.outlet, and baler was 0.96-8.89 mg/m3. The total number of bacterial colonies(mean value)of the sugarcane storage sites, sugarcane blanking outlets, and balers were 240 cfu/m3(A) and 357 cfu/m3(B),448 cfu/m3(A) and 359 cfu/m3(B), 344 cfu/m3(A) and 348 cfu/m3(B), the largest number of colonies in sugarcane blanking outlets. According to the test results, there was no direct relationship between the total number of colonies in the air and the concentration of bagasse dust.Conclusion It should improve the automation level of the company, reduce the staff’s residence time at the job site, set up clean ventilation devices in the operation room, reduce the concentration of dust and microorganisms exposed by workers, and protect the health of workers.
