山东省大学生农村创业现状及对策调研报告

Investigation Report on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Entrepreneurship of College Students in Shandong Province

受新冠肺炎疫情和经济运行压力叠加影响,打赢脱贫攻坚战、增补全面小康"三农"领域突出短板以及疫情常态化下促进大学生就业,都亟需推动人才下乡、鼓励大学生返乡创新创业。本调研旨在掌握、梳理山东省大学生农村创业的现状和挑战,瞄准大学生农村创业的突出问题和薄弱环节精准施策,以期破解大学生就业结构性矛盾,推动脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴有机衔接。

Under the superimposed influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia and economic operation pressure,it is imperative to promote the talents to the countryside and encourage college students to return to their hometown to create and start businesses,for winning the battle against poverty,making up for the outstanding shortcomings in the field of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in an all-round way,and promoting the employment of college students under the normalization of epidemic situation.The purpose of this research is to grasp and sort out the current situation and challenges of college students’rural entrepreneurship in Shandong Province,aiming at the outstanding problems and weak links of college students’rural entrepreneurship,so as to solve the structural contradiction of college students’employment,and promote the organic connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
