摘要
国家"大众创业、万众创新"理论的提出,对于高校学生创就业工作提出了与时俱进的时代要求,根据调查问卷的数据分析,针对高校学生创就业心理品质现状与存在问题,结合积极心理学概念内涵,定义了创就业意识、创就业能力、创就业意志、创就业个性指标特点,构建了高校创就业心理品质结构模型,提出了积极心理学视阈下的高校学生创就业心理品质研究路径,通过发挥学校的主体性、政府的保障性、家庭的辅助性与学生的主观能动性,借助积极心理学指导高校学生创就业心理品质的培育具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。
It is put forward the requirements of the times for college students to create employment by the theory of"public entrepreneurship and innovation".According to the data analysis of questionnaires,it is summarized the status quo,and the problems of college students’employment psychological quality.It is defined the characteristics of creative employment consciousness,creative employment ability,creative employment will,creative employment personality with the positive psychology,constructed the model of employment psychological quality structure in colleges,and put forward the research path of college students’employment psychological quality under the perspective of positive psychology.The cultivation of college students’creative employment psychological quality is of great theoretical and practical value by positive psychology.
