山东乡村振兴新动能培育的对策研究

乡村振兴新动能培育对贯彻新发展理念、实施乡村振兴战略、推动经济高质量发展具有重要意义。近年来,山东围绕改造提升传统动能、培育壮大新动能等方面取得较明显的成效,当前新动能培育还面临产业融合度低、人才振兴主体空心化、乡村文化建设乏力、基层治理水平不高等问题,乡村振兴新动能培育要以新发展理念为引领,重点围绕乡村振兴的五大体制机制创新来进行培育。

New kinetic energy cultivation for rural revitalization has an important significance on the implementation of new development concept,rural revitalization strategy and High-quality economic development.In recent years,shandong has achieved remarkable results in upgrading traditional kinetic energy and cultivating new kinetic energy.At present,the new kinetic energy cultivation still faces the problems:Low Degree of industrial integration,hollow main body of talent revitalization,weak rural cultural construction and low level of grass-roots governance.Rural Revitalization should carry out the new development concept and focus on the five mechanisms of rural innovation.
