泻肺化痰汤结合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎效果分析

Analysis of the effect of xiefei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的:探讨泻肺化痰汤结合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎价值。方法:将120例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组实施阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施泻肺化痰汤治疗,同时进行辨证分型随症加减。结果:观察组体温正常(3.05±1.03)d、咳嗽缓解(7.05±1.32)d、痰壅消失(6.13±1.37)d、阿奇霉素静滴时间(3.02±0.65)d,低于对照组的(4.80±1.21)d、(9.13±1.65)d、(7.97±1.63)d、(4.98±1.02)d(P>0.05);治疗10 d以后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的85.00%(51/60)(P<0.05)。结论:泻肺化痰汤结合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎,病情能得到迅速改善,治疗效果好,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the value of xiefei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in treatment children mycoplasma pneumonia. Method:Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia 120 cases were divided into observation and control group, each 60 cases. The pediatric patients of control group treated with azithromycin in sequence,Observation group was treated with both Azithromycin Sequential and xiefei Huatan Decoction, and the dialectical classification was increased and decreased at the same time. Result:The observation group body temperature normal(3.05±1.03)days. Cough relieved(7.05±1.32)days. Phlegm stasis disappeared(6.13±1.37)days,intravenous drip time of azithromycin(3.02±0.65) days were lower than the control group(4.80±1.21),(9.13±1.65),(7.97 ±1.63),(4.98 ±1.02)days(P>0.05), and 10 days later. The total effective rate 96.67%(58/60)higher than control group85.00%(51/60)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xiefei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, the disease can be rapidly improved, the treatment effect is good, it is worth applying.
