中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的研究进展

Advances in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

围绝经期综合征的发生会对女性身心健康造成影响,目前多采用激素替代治疗。中医药是治疗围绝经期综合征的有效方法。本文对近年来国内外有关中医药治疗围绝经期综合征文献报道进行归纳、整理和总结。通过中医药治疗可以改善围绝经期综合征临床症状,提升生活质量,为今后治疗提供思路。

The occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome will affect the physical and mental health of women. At present,hormone replacement therapy(HRT)is mostly used. Traditional Chinese medicine is an effective method for treating perimenopausal syndrome. This article summarizes,collates,and summarizes the literature reports on TCM treatment of perimenopausal syndrome at home and abroad in recent years. Chinese medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome,improve the quality of life,and provide ideas for future treatment.
