摘要 简述了新能源汽车电驱动系统的传导发射电流法(CEC)。基于CEC试验及超标情况,分析了高压传导发射超标的原因,并采取了优化高压滤波组件的线束长度,X、Y电容,吸收式滤波器参数等整改措施,整改后的传导发射测试结果满足GB/T 18655-2018要求。最后,总结了电驱动系统PCB设计中应注意的事项,旨在为相关研究人员提供参考。 The conduction emission current(CEC)method of new energy vehicle electric drive system is introduced.Based on CEC test and over standard situation,the reasons for over standard of high-voltage conducted emission are analyzed,and rectification measures are taken to optimize the harness length of high-voltage filter module,X and Y capacitors,parameters of absorption filter,etc.After rectification,the conducted emission test results meet the requirements of GB/T 18655-2018.Finally,it summarizes the matters needing attention in PCB design of electric drive system,aiming to provide reference for relevant researchers.
