中医药干预干细胞治疗脑梗死的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Interventions in Stem Cell Therapy for Cerebral Infarction

目的通过文献计量学的方法对中医药干预干细胞治疗脑梗死的研究热点及现状进行探索,为今后中医药治疗脑梗死相关研究提供参考。方法对中国知网数据库、PubMed数据库进行关于中医药干预干细胞治疗脑梗死的文献检索,时间均从建库至2019年10月20日;运用书目共现分析系统(BICOMB)2.0软件和CytoScape3.6.1及IBM.SPSS 21软件进行共现及聚类分析。结果中国知网数据库有319篇相关文献,发表年代从2001-2019年,共现频次≥5的高频词有60个,聚类分析研究热点依次显示在7个类别上;PubMed数据库有65篇相关文献,发表年代2005-2019年,共现频次≥5的高频词有52个,聚类分析研究热点依次显示在5个类别上。结论共现及聚类分析显示电针、补阳还五汤、丹参注射液、针刺、天麻多糖、地黄饮子、人参皂苷、中草药(Chinese Herbal Medicine)是中医药干预干细胞治疗脑梗死的研究热点。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and current status of TCM interventions in stem cell therapy for cerebral infarction by bibliometric methods, and to provide reference for future research related to TCM treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Literature searches on Chinese medicine interventions in stem cell therapy for cerebral infarction were conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and PubMed database, both from the time of database creation to October 20, 2019;bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB) 2.0 software and CytoScape 3.6.1 and IBM. SPSS 21 software were used for co-occurrence and cluster analysis. Results There were 319 related papers in CNKI, with publication dates from 2001-2019, and a total of 60 high-frequency words with frequencies ≥5, and cluster analysis research hotspots were shown on 7 categories in order;there were 65 related papers in the PubMed database, with publication dates from 2005-2019, and a total of 52 high-frequency words with frequencies ≥ 5,and cluster analysis research hotspots were shown on 5 categories in order. Conclusion Co-occurrence and cluster analysis showed that electro-acupuncture, Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Danshen injection, acupuncture, asparagus polysaccharide, Dihuang Decoction, ginsenoside, and Chinese herbal medicine were the hot spots of research on Chinese medicine interventions for stem cell treatment of cerebral infarction.
