丹参-葛根药对成分、药理及临床应用的研究进展

Research Advances on Chemical Constituents, Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Applications of Salvia miltiorrhiza-Puerariae Lobatae Radix Herb Pair

丹参-葛根是《施今墨对药》中收载的常用药对,能够活血化瘀,祛瘀生新。丹参-葛根药对的主要有效成分包含丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹酚酸B、葛根素等,具有保护心肌、改善脑缺血再灌注损伤、抑制动脉粥样硬化、调节免疫、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用,在临床应用广泛,多用于冠心病、糖尿病周围神经病变、急性脑梗死等的治疗,并且取得了良好的疗效,未来具有较大的研究和开发潜力。本综述结合国内外相关文献,从化学成分、药理作用、临床应用这3个方面对丹参-葛根药对的研究情况进行系统总结、分析,以期为此药对治病的科学内涵的阐释及进一步研究、应用提供依据。

Salvia miltiorrhiza-Puerariae Lobatae Radix is a common herb pair recorded in Shi Jin-mo’s Pair Herbs,which can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to promote tissue regeneration. The main effective chemical constituents of this pair include tanshinone ⅡA, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ, salvianolic acid B, puerarin, etc. The herb pair has pharmacological effects such as protecting myocardium, improving cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,inhibiting atherosclerosis, regulating immunity, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, etc. It is widely used in clinical practice of treating coronary heart disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, acute cerebral infarction and has achieved good curative effects. It has great research and development potential in the future. In this review, according to domestic and international literature, the research advances on chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Salvia miltiorrhiza-Puerariae Lobatae Radix herb pair have been systematically summarized and analyzed, which can provide guidance for the clarification of the scientific connotation on treating diseases and further researches and applications of this herb pair.
