我国中药指纹图谱研究的可视化分析

Visual Analysis on Fingerprint Studies of Chinese Materia Medica in China

目的中药指纹图谱以其独特的优势,广泛应用于中药质量控制、真伪鉴别和谱效关系研究等。通过可视化分析的方法对我国中药指纹图谱研究进行分析。方法首先,检索中国知网和万方数据库,纳入符合标准的研究4131篇。其次,利用BICOMB2.0软件对文献的主要信息进行提取和整理,并生成共现矩阵和词篇矩阵;采用Ucinet6.0软件和NetDraw2.0软件绘制网络关系图;使用gCLUTO1.0软件进行聚类分析。结果我国相关研究的发文量呈逐年增长趋势,发表的期刊相对集中且级别较高,长期从事相关研究的作者和研究机构较多,高产作者和研究机构合作也较紧密,研究主题主要有7个。结论该研究深入分析了我国中药指纹图谱研究的发展过程和研究热点,以期为后续的研究提供参考和借鉴。

Objective With its unique advantages, the fingerprint of Chinese materia medica has been widely used in quality control of Chinese materia medica, identification and study of spectrum-effect relationships, etc. Fingerprint studies of Chinese materia medica in China was analyzed through visual analysis. Methods Firstly, CNKI and Wanfang Database were searched, and a total of 4131 papers were included in this study according to criteria. Secondly,BICOMB2.0 software was used to extract and sort out the main information, and to generate its co-occurrence matrices and word matrices. Then, Ucinet6.0 and NetDraw2.0 were used to draw network relationship diagrams. Finally,gCLUTO1.0 software was used for cluster analysis. Results The quantity of relevant studies in China showed an overall growth trend, while their journals were concentrated and of high level. Many authors and research institutions had engaged in relevant studies for a long time. There was close cooperation between the prolific authors and the research institutions. There were 7 main study topics in this field. Conclusion This study deeply analyzed the development process and study hotspots of the fingerprint studies of Chinese materia medica in China, in order to provide reference for future study.
